Plato once said "At the touch of love everyone becomes a poet."
Well, in my case perphaps it was touch of life that triggered an emotional catharsis in the form of poetry (if it can be called so).
But the good part is Mr. T.S. Eliot has the precise description of my state: "Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion; it is not the expression of personality, but an escape from personality. But, of course, only those who have personality and emotions know what it means to want to escape from these things."
